The Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship has been developed to ensure individuals working in a Business Administrators role gain knowledge and transferable skills in developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving administrative services that can be applied in all sectors. This Apprenticeship uses blended learning and provides the Apprentice with the knowledge to understand organisational purpose, activities, aims, values, vision for the future, resources and the way that the political/economic environment affects the organisation also understanding laws and regulations that apply to their role including Data Protection, Health & Safety & compliance. The Apprentice willgain skills to support and engage with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers, produce accurate records and documents including: emails, letters, files, payments, reports and proposals, exercise proactivity and good judgement, make effective decisions based on sound reasoning and is able to deal with challenges in a mature way.

Course Duration: 12-18 months (part time)
What is involved: The delivery of the apprenticeship will depend on the employer’s requirements and preference. Both you and your employer will be supported and guided throughout the apprenticeship and both will have access to a comprehensive range of resources, with regular feedback on progress and development via e-portfolio, Structured progress reviews all completed by an Industry specialist qualified trainers &assessors. Where a Business dministrator has not already achieved Level 2 English and Maths, they must do so before taking the end-point assessment.
