The Level 3 Team Leader / Supervisors Apprenticeship has been developed to ensure individuals working in a Team Leader or Supervisor Management role can gain knowledge and transferable skills in developing operational and project responsibilities, responsibility for managing a team to deliver a clearly defined outcome. This Apprenticeship uses blended learning and provides the Apprentice with the knowledge in leading and managing people, building relationships and effective communication. The Apprentice with gain skills in Operational Management, Project Management, Finance, Personal Effectiveness and decision making.

Course Duration: 12-18 months (part time)
What is involved: The delivery of the Apprenticeship will depend on the employer’s requirements and preference. Both you and your employer will be supported and guided throughout the Apprenticeship and both will have access to a comprehensive range of resources, with regular feedback on progress and development via e-portfolio, Structured progress reviews all completed by an Industry specialist qualified trainers and assessors.
