This qualification develops your knowledge and skills to plan and programme projects, liaise with stakeholders and oversee small to medium construction projects safely and efficiently. This is a nationally recognised qualification.

Course Duration: 12 Months (part time)
What is involved: There are 4 modules you will have to undertake for the Certificate this includes completion of the compulsory unit “Managing Health, Safety, Welfare and Risk in Construction Works”. This Certificate is completed by means of classroom tutorials and assignment-based learning. It is also expected that candidates will spend an equal amount of time on private study in addition to attending the tutorials. There are no formal examinations and you will be assessed on a continuing basis in a variety of ways by the subject tutor, projects, assignments, and classroom exercises.
