The CDM 2015 Duty Holders and Responsibilities course has been developed for key duty holders and will give delegates an understanding of the legal requirements of their role. The aim of this one-day course is to provide delegates with a practical approach to the regulations. This course is designed for anyone appointed as a key duty holder under CDM who conducts their understanding as client, designer, principal contractor, contractor, or self-employed person. The course is designed to enhance a management approach about specific duties and responsibilities as outlined in CDM and associated guidance. The course includes an overview of the regulations, your role within CDM, Principle Contractors activities, Construction Phase Plan and CDM co-ordinators involvement.
